Rooms very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Very comfy bed slept like a baby. Restaurant food excellent and good quality. Very good idea having an ice machine next to the vending area. Breakfast is fine just a couple of points below. We did have a good stay and would stay again

I love poached eggs as they are more healthy than a egg drowned in fat also cheaper to cook was astounded that to have a poached option was £2 an egg extra. Where every hotel ive stopped in has never charged extra. Also i see mushrooms as part of a full english breakfast again £2 extra so really you dont get a full english in with the charge. Yogurts only 2 flavors or options was a little poor. Toaster set at either uncooked or burnt and no one to change the setting.

Stayed on 2 night winter package offer. What a hotel| Not what I expected in Blackpool. Absolutely 4 star. Immaculately clean. Courteous and well trained staff who were friendly and attentive without being overly so. We've been telling all our family and friends they must go and stay there. Many thanks to all. P.S. The reservation staff could not have been more helpful when we had to postpone the original booking because of illness.

Our bedroom (101) was right next a low section of the Big One dipper. OK in winter but probably not good for an early night in the summer with the Pleasure Beach in full swing.

THE STAFF ALL OUR VERY FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME..WE STAY IN THE DELUX ROOMS AND HAVE DONE THAT FOR THE LAST 4YEARS. MUCH BETTER THAN THE HILTON. TOP STAFF..Andy a credit to your business in the restaraunt looked after us on friday / saturday nothing was to much for this individual. Also young girl on reception on sunday when we was checking out I had left one of my bags on the floor , lucky for us we was outside saying goodbye to our friends, if it wasent for her brining it out , i would have got back to Leeds and relised I had left it so please thank her and also a BIG BIG thanks to Andy'

We weren't able to book this hotel for our stay, but visited the restaurant for an evening meal. The service, food and staff were all exceptional.

This hotel is by far the best in Blackpool!.... the accomodation was lovely with a massive comfy bed. The staff were very friendly, especially the guys and girls who work in the brasserie... they couldn't have been more helpful :)
